In an achievement that is the first of its kind in Tunisia and North Africa, the emerging Tunisian company PolySmart SA, which specializes in the development of video games, has succeeded in acquiring a new investment value of € 1.5 million.
“This is the most important achievement in the history of emerging creative industries in Tunisia and the Maghreb,” said Haroun El Gharbi, CEO of PolySmart.
Haroun El Gharbi runs the “Nuked Cockroach” gaming studio, which is developing the promising game Veterans Online.
With this financial recovery, the company will be able to further develop the game, and further move through the opening of two new branches, the first in the German capital of Berlin dedicated to the development of the game. And the second in Dubai, UAE, and will ensure the distribution and marketing of the product in North Africa and the Middle East.
